Lot 25 is a steep mountain lot with undeveloped building sites and is mostly forested. Laud Drive passes along the upper lot boundary, so driveway access to the best view site of this lot will be short and easy.

This lot overlooks the Camaronal Bay and has both ocean and forest views.

The lot is titled and comes with grid power, water supply, and road access and maintenance. Home Owner Association fees apply once infrastructure is in place.
